Credits
There are two ways to purchase images: with Subscription Credits and with Pay Per Image.
Subscription Credits: These credits are included in your monthly subscription plan. They are valid for one month from the date of issuance. For example, if you start on the 4th of June, your credits are valid until the 4th of July.
Pay Per Image: Instead of a subscription you can also pay per image. Pay Per Image usage is invoiced at the end of each month.
Do credits rollover?
Yes, our Essential, Advanced and Expert plans offer one month rollover. Each credit is valid for two months after they are issued. Any unused subscription credits will expire after that period.
How do I track my credit usage?
You can track your credit usage in the Subscription section of your account dashboard. This will show you your current plan, current credits, and current overage usage.
Billing and Charges
When am I charged?
Invoices are sent at the end of each month based on your usage. If you enhance more images than your allotted subscription credits, the additional images will be invoiced as overages at the end of the month.
Pay Per Image users are also invoiced at the end of the month based on the amount of images that have been downloaded that month.
How do I see my charges?
You can view your charges and billing history through your account settings:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Subscription
Here, you'll find detailed information on your past charges and the option to download invoices.
Additional Questions
What happens with my credits if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your remaining subscription credits until the end of your current billing cycle. After the cycle ends, any unused subscription credits will expire.
Can I transfer my credits to another account?
Currently, credits are non-transferable. They can only be used by the account that purchased them.
Is there a limit to wow many credits I can accumulate?
There is no upper limit to how many PAYG credits you can accumulate.
What should I do if my credits are not showing up?
If your credits are not appearing in your account:
Ensure your payment has been processed.
Refresh your account dashboard.
